Known primarily for gaming on a personal level with high tech gadgets and realistics tactical situations, Ubisoft’s Tom Clancy License is extending to the realm of global strategy with EndWar. Where Splinter Cell was about working alone in the shadows, Rainbow Six had you in teams in close quarters tactical battles, and Ghost Recon took those same tactics out into the open air, EndWar will be combat on a global stage.

“A strategy game like no other, EndWar will allow gamers to lead their own armies against hundreds of others online in real global locations on the massive battlefields of World War III,”

Says the press release. No details on a date as yet though it’s thought it will be no later than next spring. (From 1UP.com.)
