The VGAs were rather disappointing this year, though I find my self saying that every year and watching them anyway. Technical screw-ups from the get-go, attempts at humor that didn’t really take off, awful live music, and a host that just didn’t work. Ive got nothing against NPH, he’s the man… but he just wasn’t right for the role. I think the most annoying part of the show though, was the lack of a show. More than half of the awards were skipped for commercials, so if you weren’t in the crowd you’d have to look up the winners online.
