With the release of Call of Duty: Black Ops just couple of months away, Activision is working overtime to keep us focused on the latest installment in the COD series. Just a few days ago they released a multiplayer teaser, the first glimpse of Black Ops multiplayer we’ve had. Along with the teaser we’ve also been given confirmed details regarding the Hardened and Prestige editions of the game.

Hardened Edition will include a Black Ops Medallion, an exclusive Xbox Live avatar outfit (Or a Playstation Home avatar),  as well as four co-op multiplayer maps (which will most likely be made available to all players via DLC later on)

But you guys really don’t care about Hardened edition, do you? You’re here to find out about the Prestige edition bonus. Modern Warfare 2 had Night Vision Goggles, which is pretty hard to top. Call of Duty: Black Ops’ Prestige edition comes with the RC-XD surveillance vehicle, a remote controlled car equipped with a camera and microphone that relay footage back to the controller.

The RC-XD can be seen in the Call of Duty: Black Ops multiplayer teaser, unlike the one in the teaser however the one that comes with the Prestige edition does not come equipped with a block of C4.

While there has been no official prices listed for the Hardened and Prestige editions, it’s assumed that they will be similarly priced to the Modern Warfare 2 editions, with Hardened priced at $79.99 and Prestige priced at $149.99.
