Try to act surprised; Call of Duty: Black Ops II has been revealed and will hit store shelves on November 13. Not much was revealed about the game, but we do know it will take place in a near-future setting, during a “21st Century Cold War where technology and weapons have converged to create a new generation of warfare.” The game’s teaser site also shows Los Angeles in flames, but that’s it. More will be revealed later today during the NBA playoffs on TNT.
-Nick’s take: I don’t watch basketball, but I’m sure the trailer will be all over the Internet mere minutes after it debuts on TV. At this point, you either love Call of Duty or you don’t. I’m indifferent to it, so come November 13 I’ll probably still be playing Halo 4 (which releases a week prior).
